Your satisfaction with your MAXCANDLES purchase is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the day you received it. To start the process, please fill out our Product Returns form. For card payments, the refund will be issued to the original card within 14 days of your return being approved. For cash on delivery payments, please provide a bank account for the reimbursement. The following products are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been unsealed;
• Products with damaged original packaging;
• Items that have been used.

The return shipping address and label will be supplied once you complete the Product Return Request. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. Returns that do not adhere to our policy will be rejected.
